We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase from Big Storm Brewing Co., but in the event you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, please review our Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy below. 

 

Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy:

 

Big Storm Brewing Co. will issue an exchange when each of the following conditions has been met:

1. Merchandise will be accepted for exchange for thirty (30) calendar days from date of purchase;
2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging; and
3. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Big Storm Brewing Co. receipt and tag.

 

Big Storm Brewing Co. does not offer full refunds on any purchased items and will not cover the shipping costs on any items wishing to be exchanged.

 

 

 

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.
